"Time big. Time small. Time held dear. This fable feels as natural and eternal as any of Aesop’s, but the story allows the reader to complete its message without reducing it to a slogan. Mr. Z uses both sensibility and craft to illustrate the joy of being present in the moment."

Mr. Z's Stories
Meet Mr. Z!
Art teacher, story teller, and brand new grandfather, Mr. Z connects with kids!
Mr. Z was born a long time ago. Well, not as long as The Methuselah Tree (who was born more than 4500 years ago), but a lot longer ago than the Mayfly, who was born today.
So far, Mr. Z has had two and half careers: art teacher, advertising copyrighter and a short time as a successful filmmaker.
Mr. Z's short comedy, called Your Were Awesome! was published in Best New Plays of 2019. He also published "Rap Notes: Shakespeare's Greatest Hits" for teens.
And now, he inspires kids and their families with his stories tenderly illustrated and voiced. Mr. Z's stories help us all get through life's ups and downs. Read more...
